At LocalBasket, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely happy with a purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent refund process.
This policy applies to orders placed on our official website, localbasket.
Eligibility for Refunds
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- You must initiate the refund request within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide a valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, etc.).
Items not meeting the above criteria may not qualify for a refund.
Refund Process
- Email us at localbasket@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for refund.
- Our team will review and respond within 48 hours. We may ask for supporting photos.
- If approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after item inspection.
Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
Non-Refundable Items
- Perishable items (e.g., fresh fruits, vegetables)
- Health & hygiene products (e.g., personal care)
- Digital products or e-gift cards
- Customized or special order items
