Refund Policy

At LocalBasket, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely happy with a purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent refund process.

This policy applies to orders placed on our official website, localbasket.

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  2. You must initiate the refund request within 7 days of delivery.
  3. Provide a valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, etc.).

Items not meeting the above criteria may not qualify for a refund.

Refund Process

  1. Email us at with your order ID and reason for refund.
  2. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours. We may ask for supporting photos.
  3. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
  4. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after item inspection.

Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.
